Company is a dynamic, fast growing Industrial Services Provider across South Carolina. Seeking long-term Electrical Project Manager to partner with our existing Mechanical Project Managers and better serve customers by offering high quality Electrical Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Estimate Projects, Close Sales and executive with Project Profitability
  • Ensure projects are executed according to budgeted plan
  • Support purchasing and fabrication of job materials and supplies within budgeted plan
  • Set high expectations for Customer Engagement & Service as a point of differentiation aimed at quality, ideas, and inspiration leading to emotional and loyal brand / customer attachment
  • Inspire all team members to greet, engage, demonstrate, and manage their customer towards an outstanding customer experience
  • Consistently implement the company standards of high-quality technical fabrication
  • Ensure that Field Leaders and Staff are trained and compliant in processes and safety protocol
  • Inspect and act on any client complaints and concerns
  • Manage team members utilizing acceptable Operations/Human Resources and protocols
  • Consistently communicate company objectives to all team members and clients through organized conference calls and email communication
  • Establish a process to hold team members accountable to expectations promptly and consistently
  • Keep the company informed of project timelines and deadlines

Competencies:

  • Three years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated time management organization and focus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
  • Above average problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills, including inspiring interpersonal effectiveness, training
  • Track record of driving key operations metrics
  • Revenue and profit orientation is a must
  • Three years supervisory field experience required
