Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Estimate Projects, Close Sales and executive with Project Profitability
Ensure projects are executed according to budgeted plan
Support purchasing and fabrication of job materials and supplies within budgeted plan
Set high expectations for Customer Engagement & Service as a point of differentiation aimed at quality, ideas, and inspiration leading to emotional and loyal brand / customer attachment
Inspire all team members to greet, engage, demonstrate, and manage their customer towards an outstanding customer experience
Consistently implement the company standards of high-quality technical fabrication
Ensure that Field Leaders and Staff are trained and compliant in processes and safety protocol
Inspect and act on any client complaints and concerns
Manage team members utilizing acceptable Operations/Human Resources and protocols
Consistently communicate company objectives to all team members and clients through organized conference calls and email communication
Establish a process to hold team members accountable to expectations promptly and consistently
Keep the company informed of project timelines and deadlines
Competencies:
Three years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated time management organization and focus
Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong attention to detail
Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
Above average problem-solving skills
Outstanding leadership skills, including inspiring interpersonal effectiveness, training
Track record of driving key operations metrics
Revenue and profit orientation is a must
Three years supervisory field experience required
