Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced simulations of complex military and commercial systems that will be used for training, testing, and analysis
- Manage development tasks to satisfy customer requirements and delivery schedules
- Interact directly with customers to understand requirements and make deliveries
- Lead, assist, and train junior developers
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years professional software development experience
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or other engineering discipline with measurable programming experience
- Expertise with C and/or C++ on Windows or Linux
- Expert knowledge of integrated development environments such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc.
- Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming and methodologies
- Experience with modeling and simulation (preferably military or DoD)
- Hard working, great attitude, teachable, friendly, and enthusiastic
- Must be able to receive a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance (holding a current clearance is not required)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- military simulation development: 3 years (Preferred)
- C/C++ programming: 3 years (Preferred)
