Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst (Full-time, Direct hire)
Location: Dallas, TX
About the Role:
Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights that drive business success' We’re looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to play a key role in optimizing our operations through advanced business intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in data visualization, reporting, and KPI tracking to uncover trends, enhance efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Automate reports and deliver actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.
- Define and track KPIs to measure process improvements and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven process optimizations.
- Apply Lean, BPM, or other methodologies to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or process improvement.
- Expertise in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Sequel.
- Strong experience with Power Query; familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools like Snowflake or Redshift.
