Looking for a well balanced financially and technically strong leader for succession planning. Position will report to the COO and be responsible for overall operations and growing the business.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Technical bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- 15+ years in mfg, 9+ years in senior leadership
- Prior P&L Management & strong financial acumen
- LSS training and practical application
- US citizen or green card holder
Compensation
- $140k - $170k base, performance bonus, stock, and relocation available
