POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION PURPOSE: 

Coordinates the D&I projects to ensure the achievement in terms of project time, quality, and cost objectives in line with the customer expectations and the regulatory requirements (FDA cGMP, BRCGS Consumer Products standard, ISO9001 standard).  

  

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience. 

  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

At least 8 years of experience in the project management department of companies in the electronic industry and at least 3 years of experience in management positions, with overseas experience preferred. Good communication and leadership skills, fluent spoken and written English and problem solving and teamwork.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  1. Manages and coordinates the projects assigned by the Program Manager. Oversees all aspects of the project, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes 

  2. Is responsible for coordinating and completing the project and, to this end, performs a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. May be responsible for more than one project at a time. 

  3. Has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. The Project Manager will have the right attitude to exercise a wide degree of creativity in performing this role. 

  4. Can be assigned as main technical contact for specific customers, supporting the Group in understanding the client needs which can be essential for a good relationship and for the development of potential new businesses. To this end, follows the activities with supplier, such as factory visit/audit and technical meetings/conferences to discuss the client needs. 

  5. Coordinates the specific activities in the project timeline, according to the project status with all department inside the company, 

  6. Discussion of technical specifications and/or quality issues and discussion of project issue, timeline and all other related to the project with customers and external suppliers. 

  7. Coordinate the RFQ for New product Introduction / New product Execution  coming from the Sales Department providing final Product Cost for quotation purpose or coordinating internally the activities to supply the necessary  information to the Specific Program manager  responsible to provide the final product Cost. 

  8. Coordinate the D&I local team (Bill of material Technicians , Formulation chemist) to provide Plant  support on the specific related D&I  activities

  • Exposed to chemical smells up to 10% of the time. 

  • Work around electrical equipment 10% of the time. 

  • Work/job related travel less than 15% of the time. 

  • Moderate Noise
