Summary
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for growing maintaining customer relationships. The company is an international Electronics Manufacturer that specializes in providing turn-key solutions for customers in Automotive, Military, Marine, Telematics, Railway, and more.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Account Coordination: Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Quality, Purchasing, and Management, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Strategic Planning: Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one- and three-year periods
  • Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Solution Development: Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that exceed company objectives
  • Profitability Management: Meet assigned expectations for profitability
  • Account Specialist Collaboration: Work closely with Account Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Market Analysis: Direct and analyze studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations
 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recent experience in Account or Program Management of a related industry
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology)
  • Strong technical understanding of the electronics manufacturing process
  • Ability to provide thorough technological explanations to customers in order to instill confidence 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
