The Superintendent is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities of the site during their shift. This position will provide a high level of leadership for employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 5+ years in metal fabrication
- 2+ years in leadership
- Lean training w/ practical application
- US Citizen or green card holder
Compensation = $115-120k
