Responsibilities
Manage a fabrication and assembly plant with 150 employees
Manage the budget for the facility
Deliver goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
Drive a culture of engagement based on lean manufacturing principles
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years experience in production/operations/plant management (with similar scope)
Experience in metal fabrication (cutting, forming, welding, assembly, test, etc.)
