Job Responsibilities
- Lead a proactive and preventative safety culture alongside facility management.
- Initiate safety training with all employees covering subjects such as:
- Safety Responsibilities
- How to Identify Risks
- Proper use of Equipment
- Perform investigations for incidents, identify the cause, and coach on preventative action.
- Document OSHA standards for the company, ensuring regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and in compliance.
- Conduct periodic audits of safety issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 5-7 years experience in leadership, EHS, and manufacturing.
- Multi-site experience
