Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a proactive and preventative safety culture alongside facility management.
  • Initiate safety training with all employees covering subjects such as:
    • Safety Responsibilities
    • How to Identify Risks
    • Proper use of Equipment
  • Perform investigations for incidents, identify the cause, and coach on preventative action.
  • Document OSHA standards for the company, ensuring regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and in compliance.
  • Conduct periodic audits of safety issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 5-7 years experience in leadership, EHS, and manufacturing.
  • Multi-site experience
