Fortune 1000 discreet manufacturer seeking CI Manager in Lubbock, TX. Large, global, established organization supporting critical infrastructure!
The Right Fit Should Have:
- 5-8+ years of Manufacturing Lean experience
- High energy & a Go to Gemba mentality. Must be a people 1st leader!
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred, other degrees will be considered)
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Required
- Ability to Coach/Mentor/Inspire direct reports
- Ability to tie lean results back to the P&L, using multiple CI tools to generate cost-savings and operational improvements
- Prefer exposure in machining/assembly environment.
What You Will Do:
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement in a the facility
- Engage on the shop floor to communicate how improvements will be good for employees
- Ensure lean execution drives results for customers and stakeholders, connecting results to the KPIs and P&L
- Bring lean expertise to operations and other leaders, teaching & coaching local teams
- Assist with technical projects, and optimizing layout.
Compensation:
- $110-125k base salary, 15% bonus
