Great opportunity for a Senior CI Specialist to grow with a Fortune 1000 manufacturing organization!
Home base options include San Antonio, Dallas, OR Houston.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve problems and build new capabilities.
- Facilitate Kaizen events with a "Go to Gemba" mentality.
- Develop and implement plans for advanced manufacturing processes and facility modifications.
- Partner to translate regional goals to individual site-level CI projects, connecting results back to the P&L.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
- Ability to travel 40-50%: HYBRID role (blend of travel and WFH office)
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- 5+ yrs in a CI role (preferably machining, welding, or assembly environment)
- Experience leading Kaizen events and connecting lean results back to the P&L
Compensation
$95,000-$107,000 base + bonus + competitive benefits package, including unlimited PTO!
