The Operations Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities of the site. This position will provide a high level of leadership for employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development.
Reports to a Plant Manager that sits at another site!
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years in leadership
- Lean training and practical application
- US Citizen or green card holder
Compensation:
- $90-120k base, 10% bonus (dependent on location)
- 401k match, BCBS insurance, and tuition reimbursement
- lump sum relocation available
