Well respected Engineering Firm best known for its Design & Construction of major Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Medical Device and other Life Science manufacturing and laboratory facilities seeks a Senior Strategic Facility Planner to play a lead role in the expansion of their Facility Planning Services organization. 

Reporting to the Senior Director Consulting Services the Senior Strategic Facility Planner will leverage their knowledge of both Architecture and Data to:

·         Support & guide Life Science clients through the development of Strategic Site Master Plans.

·         Determine size and cost of required facilities.

·         Build the business case for new facilities and help clients make informed business decisions.

·         Enabling business growth of Strategic Facility Planning Services through the development of a network of customer contacts and relationships as well as the development of internal relationships within Consulting Services, Business Development, Marketing and Engineering Services.

·         Hire and develop a team of professionals to keep pace with growing demand for Strategic Facility Planning Services.

Requirements:

·         Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture (highly preferred) with at least 10 years’ strategic planning, master planning, space planning, and / or space programming experience.

·         Related experience with Life Science Manufacturing and / or Laboratories.

·         Ability to foster relationships at all organizational levels.

·         Experience with CAFM systems, AutoCAD, Revit and Power Bi preferred.

This opportunity can be remote, hybrid or in office with an East Coast or Colorado location preferred.
