FPC of Ocean Springs is a national search firm focused on delivering high-quality candidates to companies manufacturing engineered products in Operations Leadership, Engineering, Quality and Continuous Improvement. Currently, we are seeking a senior Process Engineer for a client that manufactures electronics products. Here's what you'd be doing:

• Driving improved yield though process improvements in both internal and supplier (contract manufacturers) processes
• Improving flow of manufacturing processes through factory layout changes
• Conducting DOEs and statistical experiments for process optimization
• Providing engineering support to suppliers as needed
• Tracking and improving key metrics in quality, throughput and efficiency

Qualification

• BS Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Materials)
• 5+ years experience (SMT /PCBA technology)
• Highly capable in problem solving , DOE and other statistical techniques 
• Hands on experience with equipment programming and automated equipment
