The VP of Manufacturing is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities over 4 sites in North America. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Maintenance, CI, and Safety.
Position reports to the Division President
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- 15+ years in mfg, 11+ years in leadership
- Held Director title for at least 2 years
- Led a workforce of at least 500
- LSS training and practical application
- Ability to travel 50%
- Relocation to MSP area
- US Citizen or green card holder

- $200-220k base, 30-40% bonus, stock, lump sum relo
