As Senior Manager Utilities Engineering you will lead a team of 8 – 10 engineers responsible to provide engineering support to both clean and plant utilities at a critical Pharmaceutical / Biologics Manufacturing Facility.
Responsibilities:
· Direct a team of engineers responsible for operational improvement of clean and plant utility systems.
· Provide strategic leadership in compliance and operational improvement of utilities.
· Key participant in leadership meetings providing technical support for all matters pertaining to engineering, operation, and maintenance of utility equipment.
· Management of CMMS data integrity and execution of Reliability Centered Maintenance Improvements.
· Manage and monitor KPIs.
· Ensure cGMP compliance of all utility systems.
· Serve as primary Technical Representative for Internal and Regulatory Agency Audits.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
· 5 or more years engineering team management experience.
· Strong knowledge of the design, installation, operations, and maintenance of Clean and Plant utility systems.
· Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in an FDA regulated facility.
· Strong leadership skills.
