Director of Manufacturing

The Director of Manufacturing is a key member of the executive leadership team that manages the operations, strategies, objectives, and goals for all manufacturing operations for the company.  

Manage the operations function concurrent with:

• Business growth
• Introduction of new operational systems
• Meeting financial objectives
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals as set forth in the budget
• Quote participation as required in new business
• The director of operations is a key contributor to the overall long range planning and budgeting process
• Operation review, covering current and future forecast and delinquencies
• Reduce cost
• Shorten manufacturing time
• Meeting goals in relation to safety, quality and on-time deliver of products
• Manage and assist in coordinating effort between support departments within the organization
• Upgrading talent within operations to achieve growth and meet market needs
• Create a productive operation through written and verbal communications

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering
• 5 plus years operations management experience in the electronics industry
