Industry leader seeking talent to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects across multiple locations.
The Right Fit Should Have:
- Minimum 5yrs of manufacturing operations management experience
- Ability to travel approximately 25-50% based on business needs (home weekends)
- BS Eng, Lean Certifications/Project Exposure
- $1-2M+ budget project experience
- Experience in automated & manual production environments
- Ability to maintain a daily presence on the shop floor, engaging with operations and executive leaders
- Highly qualified candidates will have Plant Mgr/Lean Mgr experience + PMP Certification
- US Citizenship or Green Card required
What You Will Do:
- Lead large scale projects and teams from initiation to final execution (Greenfield, Brownfield, Lean projects, CAPEX projects, and automation implementation)
- Act as a liaison between teams, management, and other functional areas, developing countermeasures for missed milestones to return to original timeline
- Develop project plans to include budget, timing, resourcing, and scope
- Report weekly on project status
- Foster a culture of mentoring to develop employees & enhance operational excellence
