- 8+ years in digital transformation (data analytics, automation, IoT / intelligent factory, BPA, RPA, SaaS monetization etc)
- Lead digital transformation assessments during diligence / M&A
- Host strategy sessions, create roadmap, participate in implementation, and provide on ground knowledge transfer with portfolio companies
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and make decisions with imperfect data
- Engineering background preferred
- Travel 25-50% of the time
