Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and experienced Senior Production Supervisor with a strong background in assembly and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations, oversee multiple departments, and drive continuous improvement. This role oversees a single facility and reports to a Manager that is off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage production operations at the facility, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and delivery expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices by conducting lean initiatives and kaizen events while supporting team learning through high-level project management experiences.
• Data-Driven Performance: Leverage production and analytical reports to monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Team Development: Lead the hiring, training, development, and mentoring of production employees, supervisors, and technical personnel to build a high-performing workforce.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all environmental, safety, and compliance requirements in line with corporate policies and government regulations.
• Resource Management: Plan and optimize workforce deployment, equipment, and other resources to maximize efficiency and operational output.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or an Associate degree with 6 years of experience; or 8+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, with practical experience applying those tools and methodologies (standard work, CI, 5S, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in a management role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in complex assembly.

Compensation: $90-95k base, 10% bonus, and great benefits (401k match, tuition reimbursement, etc.). Can go higher in base pay for the right experience.
