What you Bring:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field

·       3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or Order to Cash processes, preferably supporting Manufacturing.

·       Strong ERP experience, preferably some SAP

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

·       The ability to support the Procurement and Finance functions from Cradle-to-Grave

What You Will Do:

  • Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Management: PO Management/Tracking
  • Create and Maintain item Master Data
  • Invoice Approval & Dispute Resolution: Extensive collaboration with vendors
  • Shipment Tracking/Supplier Coordination, tracking OTD
  • Monitor shipment schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure goods are received according to agreed timelines.
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC) Management: Managing Entry thru Closure
  • Coordinate Cross-functionally to drive PTP and OTC Processes internally, as well as externally utilizing project management skills to optimize fulfillment, delivery and payment as required.
