Overview
We're seeking a Product Manager to join a leading Pro Audio manufacturer producing cutting-edge Audio over IP conferencing, networking and communications solutions squarely within the AVIXA, InfoCOMM & Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) industries.
You'll be responsible for managing products and product lines throughout their life cycle from ideation, thru NPD, and product launch. You'll be part of a great Orlando-based Marketing team and collaborate with the R&D department to deliver winning products.
Responsibilities

Define product vision, gather & prioritize requirements & functions

Establish Product Requirements Docs (PRD) and oversee Product Roadmaps

Work cross-functionally across teams; Marketing, R&D, Sales & Exec Management
-
Track / report on profitability, market share, and competitive solutions

Help develop marketing & sales materials, web, software, promotional, press
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree with at least 4 years similar Product Management (PM) experience

PMP Cert a plus
-
Prior PM experience in New Product Development (NPD) of complex electronics products employing microprocessors (MPU), networking, embedded software / firmware
-
Must be proficient in MS Project, phase-gate development, & Jira

Experience in / knowledge of analog & digital audio equipment and VoIP telecommunications is ideal

Background in Audio, Video, Consumer Electronics

Experience with similar or competitive Audio-over-IP, Video-over-IP, and UC&C networked communications solutions
