Responsibilities
- Will lead, manage, and direct of the activities of the business development team
- Expert presentation of the group's services via telephone and face-to-face communications
- Will work, personally, to develop and secure new business.
- Interface with prospects at the appropriate contact level with a focus on management and executive management
- Maintain an aggressive customer contact and visit schedule promoting the groups services
- Maintain and sustain business relationships, close deals and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work to expand companies service and product portfolio
Experience/Requirements
- 5+ years business development experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, PCB industry, or electronic components industry
- 5+ years experience working with companies that design and/or build electronic products
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- BS degree
