- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in continuous improvement from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
- 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 15 years of related experience will be considered for highly qualified candidates with a LSSBB.
