Sales Manager - OH
FPC Bangor working with a chemical supplier to multiple industries, looking for a Sales Manager to call on pulp & paper.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Science or Engineering plus a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in technical sales.
- Proven track record of increasing sales revenue year over year to industrial customers. Pulp & Paper/Water industry experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, balancing customer needs and company objectives
- Strong competency in value-selling, using ROI financial metrics to achieve customer goals
- Ability to build customer relationships quickly, versatile across different styles
- Ability to influence others through direct and indirect methods
- Sensitive to new business opportunities and creative approaches to gain
- Business acumen and negotiating skills required for Sr. level customer interface
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of people in the organization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM/Sales metrics to report, measure and drive sales growth and to provide sales forecasts
- Leadership ability and command skills
- Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues
- Strong Problem solving and Communication skills
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels of management
