Join our client's dynamic team as a Supply Chain Manager -- they make high purity ingredients typically used by pharmaceutical customers. You'll lead supply chain and logistics strategies, driving efficiency, productivity, and cost reductions.

What You’ll Do:

• Support safety programs in a hazardous materials warehouse environment.
• Develop and optimize Supply Chain policies for efficient material procurement and inventory management.
• Drive a top-notch Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning Process (SIOP).
• Oversee all procurement activities, logistics, and ensure timely production schedules.
• Manage and maintain SAP item master parameters, including MOQs, lead times, and inventory levels.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing to manage quarantined inventory.
• Lead strategic supply chain improvements and ensure project completion.
• Produce and communicate department performance reports and budgeting.
• Foster a solution-oriented, efficient decision-making environment.

Who You’ll Lead:

• Manage the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, Lead Buyer, Planner, and Production Coordinator.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with technical purchasing, ERP, and SIOP processes.

Bonus Points for:

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Systems.
• Project management experience.
• SAP MRP experience.
