Daryl Holley
President and Managing Director

Daryl Holley brings battlefield-tested leadership to the boardroom and the plant floor alike. With over 25 years of executive experience in Fortune 100 companies — including Coca-Cola, Caterpillar, and Ingersoll Rand — Daryl built a track record of transformational impact, delivering over $1 billion in profitability gains through operational excellence, org restructuring, and lean initiatives. A Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and an MBA graduate from the University of Mississippi, Daryl launched FPC of Ocean Springs in 2018 with a clear mission: help defense and industrial manufacturers secure the caliber of leadership needed to outperform expectations and outmaneuver uncertainty.

Today, he leads the firm’s high-impact search practice, specializing in manufacturing leadership, operational excellence, and program execution roles. A two-time Platinum Award winner in a 100-firm recruiting network, Daryl has quickly grown the office into one of the top 10 in its system. Beyond the business, he serves as an Area Director for Toastmasters International, stays active with the Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, and supports global causes including World Vision and the Lupus Foundation.

Christina Holley is a mission-driven Executive Recruiter who understands that in complex manufacturing environments, leadership isn’t optional — it’s operationally essential. Since joining FPC of Ocean Springs in 2020, she has specialized in placing high-impact talent across operations, engineering, and supply chain leadership, with a strong focus on companies building heavily engineered products. Her placements aren’t just qualified — they’re aligned, strategic, and built to last.

With a background in government service and a B.S. in Psychology and Criminology from Mississippi State University, Christina brings sharp insight into human behavior, leadership potential, and team dynamics. She blends this with an adaptive, data-aware recruiting approach that prioritizes cultural fit and long-term value over checkbox hires. Whether supporting a plant turnaround or building out a technical leadership bench, Christina brings clarity, tenacity, and a laser focus on results.

Known for her communication finesse and ability to connect at every level, Christina works side-by-side with clients and candidates to create momentum, not just fill roles. Outside of work, she’s an active supporter of The Lupus Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. When she’s not making matches that move the needle, you’ll likely find her courtside, outdoors, or cheering for her beloved Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Executive Recruiter

Amber Wall is a tenacious Executive Recruiter with FPC of Ocean Springs, specializing in talent acquisition for the defense industry — particularly in the high-stakes arena of RF and microwave technology. Based on the Gulf Coast and grounded in local values with a national reach, Amber brings precision, persistence, and people-sense to every search.

After earning her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Amber entered the world of talent research in 2022, where her sharp eye for detail and ability to uncover hidden talent quickly stood out. Her transition into executive recruiting was a natural evolution, and she now plays a pivotal role in driving new business and client relationships in a technically complex sector.

Amber’s approach is relational and resilient. She builds long-term partnerships by listening closely, moving quickly, and delivering candidates who meet the moment — not just the job description. To exercise professional judgment in screening and referring candidates for identified positions with clients.
