Meet The FPC Ocean Springs Team

Management Team
Daryl Holley
President and Managing Director

Daryl Holley is the President and Managing Director for FPC of Ocean Springs.  He started the company in 2018, bringing more than 25 years of lean leadership, operational expertise and executive management experience to his role with the company.  Today, he leads the companies recruiting practice.  He primarily focuses on recruiting manufacturing leaders and operational excellence professionals.  Daryl attended Mississippi State University with an Industrial Technology major.  He graduated from Faulkner University with Bachelor’s Degree in Management and from the University of Mississippi with an MBA.  He is an Area Director for Toastmasters International and is actively involved with the Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.  He regularly supports fundraising for World Vision and the Lupus Foundation.  Previously, Daryl held key positions in manufacturing, lean and business transformation with Caterpillar Inc., Ingersoll Rand Company, The Campbell Soup Company, Kimberly-Clark Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company.  During his time in industry, his teams delivered almost $1 billion in productivity and value creation to these companies.  In addition, he obtained a Certified Master Black Belt level in Lean Six Sigma.

Christina Holley
Executive Recruiter

Christina Holley is an Executive Recruiter for FPC of Ocean Springs.  She began with the company in 2020 transitioning out of government service.  She currently recruits in the areas of engineering and operational excellence.  Christina graduated from Mississippi State University with a BA degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies (Psychology and Criminal Justice).  Christina actively participates in fundraisers and research for The Lupus Foundation and St. Jude in her spare time.   She uses her diverse and multi-disciplined background, communication skills, and experience to create strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and recruit top talent.

Ellie Warton
Director of Business Development / Executive Recruiter

Ellie is the Director of Business Development for FPC of Ocean Springs.  She focuses on driving new business from the Aerospace & Defense industry, predominantly executive operations leadership roles.  Ellie Wharton is a 35+-year veteran in the broadcast industry in sales and brings that client focused experience to the recruiting industry.  Wharton attended Washington University in St. Louis, then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she earned a degree in Journalism from Laney College in Oakland, and a degree in Broadcast Communications from San Francisco State University. At Laney College, Wharton created the first campus radio station for that institution.

To be sensitive to the goals and needs of candidates. If unable to help them, to do the best to recommend them to an appropriate source.

To avoid making representations or promises that cannot be supported by facts.

To help candidates, to the best of our ability, avoid employers with documented histories of unstable financial, unethical, or illegal, employment or business practices.

To never withhold information that is detrimental to the candidate.

To refer candidates only to bona fide positions that have been discussed with all parties.

To avoid actions or advice that might jeopardize a candidate’s position with his or her current employer.

To advise all candidates to avoid giving notice or leaving their current employment until all stages of the hiring process are complete.

To view all FPC offices as partners in the employment process.

To act in good faith within the system, and to promote the good name and reputation of FPC throughout the business and professional community.
